The Runner Returns

Wednesday 6th February

Sooooooo - Back right on it - I am all over it!! Well sort of....  Started yesterday in earnest - rather than Monday - but hey whats a day  in a long drawn out period of fun!

So yesterday I started running - badly, slowly, but definitely  a start...

3.10K - a slow run, a good 2 mins walking either side, but a steady pace, most of it at about 8.7

Then some crunches and then a cold bloody shower - grrr..

Am off to the gym at any moment - so will list achievements again upon my return!

The Prodigal Runner Returns

Oh yes - I am BACK!!!!  Thought I would try and tackle on of the programs on the new running machines in the all new sparkly gym today - just me and Evil Esther (the whiney American trainer on the screen)  Easy program - but hilly intervals and YES - I SMASHED it!

2.08miles ( or 3.34K) good 30 minute work out some hills, mostly run at 1% and I felt AWESOME


I feel strong - strong legs, strong form, could have run for longer....yep.
