No Fun February

3rd February SUNDAY

So much for starting anything.... Have managed the sole sum of nothing - well other than starting this blog - which I guess is no BAD thing - at least it is there for when I can start to train!

Nothing - I have done the sum total of nothing...nada, nowt, zero.  I trained twice last week - both times in a rather feeble way.  Pathetic - and frustrating as I really want to get on with it.  It is Sunday, I could go today, right now in fact, before everyone else gets up BUT am still very very snotty.

So instead - perhaps I should make some plans.  Right.  So. Should look at some couch to 10K programs.....should talk to the gym about upping from a 5K to a 10K.  Should in fact make a list!!! YES!

1. Look at Couch to 10K programs maybe put onto phone?
2. Talk to Gym about supporting training - how can I improve from running 5K to 10K
3. Think about training programs

Hmmm - not much of a list.......
