I am all over it!! Another good session
30 mins running training with Annoying Whiney American mix of hills and speed - most of work out at 1% going up to running at 4% and HOLY COW 6% hard - walked twice for about 30 secs but ran the rest (this includes 5 min warm up and 4 min cool down)
5 mins on bike relaxing and cooling off
40 sit ups
some arms and some legs on machines
Man I feel good! Legs strong, breathing was good, abs good.

Looking good chickadee!
YES YES YES!!!!!
Gym again this evening - couldn't make it during the day due to work - I know what a rotter! But went this evening, much to the horror of my family who couldn't work out where I was and who were standing around looking forlornly at the cold cooker when I returned - BUT back to me me its all about me...
20 minutes on the cross (livid) trainer on hilly intervals and then - oh yes.... me and Mr Smooth getting down on the Spinner. I did 12 minutes but on the wrong program - pretty much just the same thing for 20 minutes but with freaky music and Mr Smooth telling me how hot I was looking - great but not very productive. Swapped to intervals which works me MUCH harder....all seated though which was sad...
'Yea - that's right, you are working it now'......*sigh*
so stats:
20 minutes Cross Trainer - 1.78k
30 mins Spinner - not sure how far but came off feeling good!
Feel strong - strong legs, bouncy....
Still have a cough & cold though - and dry DRY throat...

The Runner Returns
Wednesday 6th February
Sooooooo - Back right on it - I am all over it!! Well sort of.... Started yesterday in earnest - rather than Monday - but hey whats a day in a long drawn out period of fun!
So yesterday I started running - badly, slowly, but definitely a start...
23 mins
3.10K - a slow run, a good 2 mins walking either side, but a steady pace, most of it at about 8.7
Then some crunches and then a cold bloody shower - grrr..
Am off to the gym at any moment - so will list achievements again upon my return!

Oh yes - I am BACK!!!! Thought I would try and tackle on of the programs on the new running machines in the all new sparkly gym today - just me and Evil Esther (the whiney American trainer on the screen) Easy program - but hilly intervals and YES - I SMASHED it!

2.08miles ( or 3.34K) good 30 minute work out some hills, mostly run at 1% and I felt AWESOME

No Fun February
3rd February SUNDAY
So much for starting anything.... Have managed the sole sum of nothing - well other than starting this blog - which I guess is no BAD thing - at least it is there for when I can start to train!
Nothing - I have done the sum total of nothing...nada, nowt, zero. I trained twice last week - both times in a rather feeble way. Pathetic - and frustrating as I really want to get on with it. It is Sunday, I could go today, right now in fact, before everyone else gets up BUT am still very very snotty.
So instead - perhaps I should make some plans. Right. So. Should look at some couch to 10K programs.....should talk to the gym about upping from a 5K to a 10K. Should in fact make a list!!! YES!
1. Look at Couch to 10K programs maybe put onto phone?
2. Talk to Gym about supporting training - how can I improve from running 5K to 10K
3. Think about training programs
Hmmm - not much of a list.......
